They currently provide Metropolitan with valuations for the purpose of Lease Extension and Right to Buy. They also form part of our panel which enables clients to instruct MAP directly to perform Re-sale and Staircasing valuations. Jane continuously keeps me up to date with changes to the business and arranges regular performance meetings to ensure the service provided remains in line with our business requirements.
