Excellent report - very clear, informative and comprehensive. Not full of jargon for a lay person to try to digest. Provided detailed information about what was needed in order to proceed and make an informed decision. The surveyor who carried out the report was happy to follow up his report verbally and to answer all the questions I had. I would have no hesitation in using this company in the future.

They currently provide Metropolitan with valuations for the purpose of Lease Extension and Right to Buy. They also form part of our panel which enables clients to instruct MAP directly to perform Re-sale and Staircasing valuations. The valuations are clear and concise, and contain up to date comparables. MAP is easy to contact and the team are helpful and always willing to assist. Jane Pilkington, Head of Business development, has been extremely helpful and professional throughout our ongoing relationship. Jane continuously keeps me up to date with changes to the business and arranges regular performance meetings to ensure the service provided remains in line with our business requirements.

They are always very efficient when booking in surveys, with no fuss whatsoever and the surveys are always carried out very swiftly, unlike many other companies that seem to have very long lead times which creates unnecessary delays. We were told to expect delays with services due to Covid19, but they were really quick to book it in, quick to send the report, and offered support throughout. It was really easy to read their report in a way that a novice would understand. The people I am buying from said they were very nice too!

I had a Homescore survey carried out by MAP Chartered Surveyors on a bungalow I was interested in buying. MAP Chartered Surveyors arrived promptly, they were thorough in their survey. The resulting report was very comprehensive and, on the provided “score sheet”, easy for a novice to understand. I would certainly recommend them, and have used them again recently on another property having decided the bungalow was not for me.
