Stephen joined the business in 2023 and was promoted within 3 months of his start date. Stephen has over 21 years of professional valuation experience and has a broad knowledge of international markets across the UK, EMEA, Americas and Caribbean regions having worked out of head offices in London, New York, Abu Dhabi, Dublin and the Cayman Islands.
Over the course of his career, he has gained valuation experience covering all property sub-types including commercial, residential, retail, leisure and industrial.
Stephen holds an honours degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brooks University and is one of the youngest current members to be awarded Fellowship of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and an Honours Member of the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation(IRRV(Hons)). In addition to this, Stephen holds The Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) and is an Accredited RICS Evaluative Mediator. Stephen is also an RICS Registered Valuer, a licensed APC assessment chairman and regularly mentors Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) candidates en route to achieving their AssocRICS and MRICS qualifications.
Stephen is very well respected within the industry having worked for a number of recognised businesses including Anderson Wile & Harris, SDL and Christie & Co. Stephens hands on personable mentoring style has already seen a number of efficiencies enhanced within his immediate team and it is apparent why he holds roles as an APC Assessor, RICS Brand Ambassador and Lionheart Global Brand Ambassador.
