David has been with Stirling Ackroyd for 4 years having joined the business with 17 years of experience. David continually leads from the front and is one of only a few surveyors within the business who is able to carry out 6 PPD without it negatively impacting on the exceptional quality and turnaround times that he continually demonstrates.
David was promoted to an Area Surveyor in October 2023 having impressed the management team with his commercial awareness and his views on people management.
David has a general practice background starting his career with a local firm as a graduate and becoming a partner of that firm.
David has a variety of skills including mortgage valuations for secured lending, Level 2 reports, development appraisals, HMO work and the valuation of commercial property.
David has worked closely with other members of the senior management team to help win and onboard some new client contacts including the Swansea Building Society.
David has been an exceptional addition to the management team winning over the hearts and minds of his immediate team. David hands on approach is helping improve and enhance the efficiencies of some of histeam's to day practices. By undertaking consistent and focused training the business has benefited from improved TAT’s and enhanced quality.
